Who we are

Dry Capital is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at info@drycapital.eu.

What we collect

This site has no contact form that submits anywhere. The enquiry fields on our contact section simply open your own email application with a message drafted for you. Nothing is transmitted to us — or to anyone else — unless you press Send in your own mail client. At that point you have sent us an ordinary email, and we hold it as we hold any other correspondence.

Our hosting provider processes your IP address and standard server logs in order to deliver and secure the site. We also see aggregate page views, referrers and countries. That measurement is cookieless.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. There is no advertising, no tracking pixel, and no profiling of individual visitors.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details only to respond to you. We never sell them, and we do not share them for anyone else's marketing. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you chose to send, and in operating a secure website.

Who else is involved

Correspondence you send us is stored in our Microsoft 365 environment, encrypted in transit and at rest. Our website is hosted and secured by Cloudflare. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own site — no third-party CDN sees your visit.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is retained in our Microsoft 365 environment under defined retention policies, and deleted when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was sent.

Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or object to our processing. Write to info@drycapital.eu and we will act on it.

You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit).
